This is a quick update article regarding SSAS London, which took place on the 17th of May, 2023. In particular, Zee covered the new spring budget and it’s changes. The government just recently released this, and it’s already had a huge impact on SSAS pensions. This presentation focuses solely on how the changes benefit property investors, and also includes some great insight in general regarding SSAS pensions.
For anyone new to the term, a SSAS is a “Small Self Administered Scheme”. It works differently to a normal pension and can be used as an entrepreneurial tool. Zee covers all of the top benefits in his presentation, so you will want to have a look through it all.
